Stray Rescue

Paramount Mortgage Company Processor Mel Buck enjoys working in the small “family” atmosphere that our company promotes. Mel has been in the mortgage industry for nearly thirty years, and will celebrate her two-year anniversary with Paramount at the end of May. Having worked in the corporate environment as well, she sees the many benefits of having a close-knit office.

American Parkinson Disease Association

Each year, approximately 60,000 people are diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a slowly progressive neurological condition. People with Parkinson’s typically experience motor problems, including slowness of movement, rigidity, and tremors. Later in the course of illness, individuals often have problems with balance and gate. Sometimes there is loss of facial expression and vocal volume, along with fine motor difficulty.

Paramount Mortgage Company is pleased to honor Chief Financial Officer Judy Horrell as Employee of the Month. Judy will be celebrating her 17th anniversary with Paramount on July 1 of this year. Her dedication and commitment to the company and our customers are much appreciated!

Friends of Kids With Cancer

According to the National Cancer Institute, 15,780 children and adolescents ages 0 to 19 years will be diagnosed with cancer and 1,960 will die of the disease in the United States in 2014. These children and their families need a tremendous amount of support and encouragement, as well as other resources.

Autism Speaks

Statistics from The U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) show that around 1 in 68 American children are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. ASD and autism describe a group of complex disorders of brain development. Individuals with ASD have widely varying degrees of difficulty with social interaction, communication, and repetitive behaviors.

Paramount Mortgage Company would like to congratulate Loan Processor Jeana Schoenberger on being named Employee of the month. Jeana has worked at PMC for four years, and continues to provide excellent customer service to each and every individual. Jeana says that she most enjoys working directly with our customers to achieve their dream of home ownership or vacation home.

The Wounded Warrior Project

Paramount Mortgage Company holds those who serve our country in high esteem. It is our commitment to honor them and thank them each day, in both worth and in action. We know that far too many who serve do not return, but an even greater number come home with physical injury, especially in recent military conflicts. In addition, an estimated 400,000 service men and women experience symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
